## Description

Hull College would like to Direct Award using NPA2023 Section 41\. Due to the transport links in the East Yorkshire Boundary and public transport link services to Hull College, we would like to award EYMS for the student bus tickets to and from Hull College during term time only\. The following justification applies in relation to section 41\.
