PAN2021 - Consultancy Service Support for University Road

Leicester City Council (the Authority) working with the University of Leicester (UoL) invited quotations for the provision of a consultancy to provide a concept and detailed design to make improvements to University Road. The Authority in partnership with the UoL was seeking to appoint a lead designer to produce a comprehensive design through a high standard of public realm and urban design. University Road provides an important route between Welford Road and London Road, whilst being a destination in its own right.
