## Description

Living in Leeds is a long-term programme of work that will develop in stages\. Whilst it has most recently been progressing through a period of discovery and strategic alignment, we are now looking to accelerate its transition into the first two-year delivery phase \(2021-2023\)\. •The completion of a series of fact-finding exercises \(PART A\)\. •Using these insights, we then require the articulation of a 10-year, high-level vision \(PART B\)\. •Finally, we require the drafting of a 24-month, costed business plan \(PART C\)
