## Description

This appointment is to make an initial assessment of feasibility on a range of development options following the collation of inputs from key stakeholders at two one-day workshops: 1\. Retain the current building and carry out extensive alterations, refurbishment and extensions with enhanced site extents\. 2\. Build a new Conference Centre on the current site with enhanced site extents\. 3\. Build a new Conference Centre on a different site\. The appointed lead consultant will work closely with the Project Team to produce a robust, well researched and imaginative report \(RIBA Stages 0 & 1\) in the timeline laid down within this brief\. The work must be of sufficient detail to allow BCP Council to choose an option to progress into RIBA Stage2\.
