Provision of External Print Services

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has awarded a contract for the purchase of external print services on behalf of Warwickshire Police. The successful Supplier will provide a fully managed end to end service which delivers all elements of the Force's print and associated requirements. The Service will be required 5 days a week, 52 weeks of the year excluding bank holidays. The core print management service shall include, but will not be limited to: • Account management services, • Pre-production services, including layout and type setting changes or minor design changes, • Bulk printing services, • Finishing services, • Print production in a variety of formats (including accessible print), • Printed materials ranging from posters to banners and large scale marketing products, • Carbonated and various Force forms.
