Description

The Attune CytPix Flow Cytometer is an advanced cell analyzer that combines acoustic focusing fluidics for high sensitivity and high throughput with a high-speed camera. The specific features were required: 1. Conventional flow cytometry alongside high-speed brightfield camera that records images of individual cells coming through the flow cell (up to 6,000 images per second). 2. Three excitation lasers (violet, blue and red). 3. High particle detection rate (up to 35,000 events/sec with all parameters). 4. Ability to handle 96 deep and shallow well plates.
