Foundry Device Management

Description

- Development, maintenance, and management of the Foundry laptops - The assessment, management and configuration of applications that can be used on the Foundry devices - The provision of device Privileged Access Management (PAM) - The provision of User Research - Documentation and artefacts for 1st Line Support pertaining to the hardware asset management of Foundry including Knowledge Based Article for use by support teams and if appropriate, customers - Documented architecture and administrative guides for the devices, including documented configuration and scripts on the MoD enterprise ecosystem - General continuous improvement through ongoing configuration and implementation of iterative changes - Support on 3rd and 4th Line Support escalations - Application of Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarking policies, including monitoring and reporting compliance - Provision of 1st line support for hardware - Management of all assets, including the distribution of assets for new users (both office based and remote staff), refreshing of old assets and keeping the asset register up to date.
