Mosscare St Vincent's Housing Group tendered for three contracts covering cyclical grounds maintenance, estate services and additional associated grounds/garden maintenance works for their property and surrounding areas. The tender was split into 3 geographical lots. The contracts for Lot 1 and 3 were provisionally awarded to Greenfingers Landscape Ltd, however Greenfingers subsequently withdrew their bid and the contracts were awarded to the bidder with the next highest score. Notifications of intent to award were issued and a standstill period was held.
