Work description
GBC require an experienced Procurement Consultancy to offer support to develop a compliant procurement procedure to achieve a fully specified entertainment management contract that reflects current best practice, embeds performance management with a suitable contract monitoring system and support in the identified procurement route that provides the Council with best value.
