Conservation Works - St Nicholas Priory, Exeter

St Nicholas Priory is a Grade 1 listing medieval building which requires works including: structural masonry, masonry conservation and medieval plasterwork. Bidders must have significant and proven evidence of undertaking historical building conservation work on scheduled monuments and/or grade 1 listed buildings.

For the plasterwork element of the works, bidders will need to demonstrate and evidence experience of preparing and rendering medieval plasterwork according to predefined specification.
