## Description

North Yorkshire County Council \(NYCC\) are utilising £1\.8m of the Household Support Fund grant received from the DWP to provide support to vulnerable households with children through the provision of supermarket vouchers\. Two payments of £125/payment will be made, with the first payment in early December 2021 and the second payment in early February 2022\. NYCC has appointed a supplier to distribute the supermarket voucher support to approx\. 8000 households during the period 1st December 2021 to 31st March 2022\.
