## Description

Newcastle City Council are seeking to appoint an operator of car club vehicles to operate vehicles from bays located within the Public Highway and / or City Council car parks\. It is intended that this contract will be in place for three years, with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months if agreed by both parties\.
