Levelling Up Fund - Round 3 Consultant and Bid Writer

West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking to work with a consultant to develop and improve existing bid documents for round 3 of the Levelling up Funding to secure the success of our bid submission.

This opportunity is ONLY open to eligible suppliers on CCS framework RM6187 MCF3 Lot 2 Policy and Strategy who responded to the Expression of Interest. Any supplier not eligible to bid who submits a tender bid will automatically be excluded from the opportunity.

All bids must be submitted through the Chest Portal.
