Work description
To support the ambitions of the Local Net Zero Accelerator (LNZA) in attracting private capital to fund decarbonisation projects, the Finance Support Service (FSS) wishes to commission the development of a set of legal and financial guidance in the form of toolkits for five key financing mechanisms:
