Library Services - Bookboon

Description

DWP Library supports colleagues across the Department to access a range of resources to support learning and development, research, and policy exploration. Colleagues across the Department use these resources to support them with ongoing CPD and soft skills development. Staff also use the learning resources to support with internal leadership and management courses, as well as apprenticeship studies in customer service and project management. The purpose of this contract is to implement a new contract for the Bookboon, online e-book and audio book platform.
