## Description

The Council has developed a fixed price procedure that has been formulated on previous procurement exercises and current market rates\. The Council would like to expand the scheme to include contractors who wish to provide these services as part of a Framework\. Contractors will need to be Trustmark and PAS 2035:2019 registered\.
