Cornwall Airport Newquay Cafe Building

Cormac has been engaged by Cornwall Airport Newquay to provide a temporary / semi-permanent extension to the existing terminal building. The requirement is to provide increased seating space to meet seasonal demand.

The café of the existing terminal has a glazed external wall with doors opening onto an outdoor seating area (see attached photograph). The clients wish is to enclose this outdoor area to provide extra space as an interim measure prior to redevelopment of the terminal building. It is expected that this extension would be used for a period of around two years. The additional space must be weatherproof and accessed via the existing café's external door. A site visit is recommended.
