## Description

BwDBC is inviting tender responses from suitably experienced and qualified contractors with a proven track record of delivering fixed penalty notices \(FPN's\) to the public; that can provide uniformed officers and the necessary infrastructure to work in partnership with the Council to provide dog fouling and litter enforcement services throughout the Borough\.
