## Description

The University needed to renew its licenses for its Blackboard VLE system\. The NHS SBS DWS Framework Agreement was used\. It is estimated that the time needed to replace its existing VLE would be in the region of 1 to 3 years and have significant cost in doing so\. A 4 year agreement has now been entered into\.
