Framework Agreement for the Provision of Transport Technical Support Services

The Council is seeking to appoint suitable Provider(s) to a Framework for Transport Technical Services Support to deliver high quality and cost-effective provision of strategic transport schemes for Sefton.

Development of the Council's strategic transport investment programme requires a wide range of technical capabilities and the capacity to respond at short notice to bidding opportunities. The Council does not have the full range of technical capabilities or the staff resources to undertake specialised pieces of work.

The Council intend to appoint a lead and a reserve service provider.
