Wood Green Mini Masterplan Clarendon Road South

The brief produced by Haringey Council was for the preparation of a mini masterplan for Clarendon Road South and a high level delivery plan for a new primary school in Wood Green.

The purpose of the study is to develop a mini masterplan; identify the best location and delivery option for the primary school; consider co-location opportunities for the two community centres and day centre with other uses on the site and identify the preferred location for these spaces; review the employment/ light industrial uses and work with the stakeholders to identify opportunities for relocating these businesses to elsewhere in the growth area; review the road alignment; and review the opportunity for the provision of new homes.

Additional information: The Council's Procurement procedures were carried out in order to request a minimum of 3 quotes to make the contract award. Seven practices were invited to tender of which five high quality tenders from architectural master planning teams were submitted.

The contract was varied from £58,000 to £72,820.
