TTWO0024 Stations Programme Technical Economic Adviser VARIATION

This is a request to extend the contract for technical economic advisory services to provide economic appraisal and assurance which enables the Department to make Value for Money (VfM) assessments to recommend investment decisions to Minister's on rail infrastructure schemes. The stations programme are high profile government committed schemes and the Department needs to make well informed investment decisions. The technical support provided by the economic advisers to the programmes provides robust, evidence-based information on which critical investment decisions are taken.
