Works in connection with Safe & Warm Homes Grants

Unitas are looking to appoint up to 3 contractors to carry out works in connection with Safe & Warm Home grants to privately owned or privately rented dwellings within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent.

The works can include, but are not limited to; central heating upgrades, electrical upgrades, loft insulation, damp remedial works, internal repairs, external repairs and roof repairs.

The contract duration is for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years commencing in October 2023.

This opportunity will be awarded based on a MEAT evaluation & the split is 60% price and 40% quality.
