Post Room Tender

Description

. The Supplier shall provide the following Services within the Working Hours, 08:00am -16:30pm from Monday to Friday: Complete a check on all out-going post from the previous day to confirm it has been sent; Deliver post throughout the premises as follows: Morning Post One post delivery shall be made in the morning between 08:00am and 11:00am Afternoon Post One post delivery shall be made in the afternoon between 13:00pm and 16:00pm Respond to any phone and email enquiries from the Client and its representatives; Log and register all post delivered for the various Client departments in the incoming post register; Receive courier and Royal Mail deliveries during the Working Hours; Ensure all outgoing post required to be sent by the Client is franked before Royal Mail arrive for collection; Ensure all Client mail, including Client Representatives Mail, is arranged for collection and then collected; Arrange for any bulk post order/ tracked/ special delivery post, using the PITNEY BOWES software and/ or the TNT/FEDEX software. The client shall provide the Supplier ; Complete a delivery of post in the afternoon to all Client departments; ADDITIONAL WORKS The Supplier shall, when instructed by the Client and as required, undertake additional Ad-hoc Services (where Ad-hoc Services means any works or service not set out in Clause 2 (General Duties) of this Schedule 1.
