Market Engagment - Thurrock Residential Care for Children

Thurrock Council is seeking initial, without commitment, expressions of interest to partner with the Council's Childrens Services Department to deliver 'block purchase' Ofsted registered childrens homes in Thurrock.

At this stage we are asking that providers simply state if they are able to meet the Council's requirements and would express an interest in this opportunity. There is no commitment at this stage on the part of the Council or the provider to commit to the response you may provide to the Council. The Council will decide on its procurement approach dependent on the outcome of this exercise.
