Nature Based Solutions at the Landscape Scale Evaluation

Description

Natural England wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractor(s) to work with Natural England and project partners to evaluate the project. This evaluation is intended to be both formative and summative, allowing project partners to adapt implementation based on the evidence generated and to assess the effectiveness of the project and communicate learning to funders and stakeholders. The evaluation will be based on the evaluation framework developed for the project. The full framework, including theories of change, their narratives and the framework itself, is attached with this specification. Four theories of change (ToC) have been developed for the project across distinct themes, showing the contribution of each workstream to the anticipated outcomes for the project as a whole.
