Chorley Borough Council (CBC), sought to appoint an experienced and appropriately qualified Main Contractor to design and construct the new Alker Lane development in Chorley through the Rise Construction Framework ref: 511210-2017 terms and conditions of the framework applied to this procurement exercise. Duties include: • Development of the design • Procurement of the works package.• Construction of the works• Discharging of all planning conditions• Achieving Building Control and other statutory approvals.
