Surrey County Council wishes to procure a treasury management advisory service. We are looking for an experienced advisor to provide specialist advice to enable the council to manage its treasury operations in the most efficient and cost effective way which is appropriate for the council's financial position, aspirations and risk appetite which enables the council to comply with legislation, best practice, and accounting requirements.
