## Description

HMRC Estates requires professional legal support regarding drafting heads of terms for the new proposed specialist site at Brooke Lawrence House, Ipswich\. Ongoing specialist legal support in line with tier 1 of the framework, will be required up to the maximum call off amount agreed during the term of the agreement due to potential interest conflicts\.
