The Thirteen Housing Group \("Thirteen"\) is to undertake a Window Replacement Programme on Alford Court, Hartlepool\. The work is to be carried out by Thirteen in-house\. As part of this programme, Thirteen seeks to appoint a contractor to provide all necessary Scaffolding to facilitate the works, including erection, weekly hire and dismantling\.
