## Description

A service to review NHS Trust expenditure on bills e\.g\. utility bills, looking back up to 6 years and recovering any over payments\. SARS will be zero-cost to NHSE, a budget will not be charged to provide this service\. The service purpose is to recover money, on behalf of NHS Trusts, that has been incorrectly charged for utilities bills over a period of up to 6 years\. The recovered money will benefit the relevant NHS Trust\. The service will be funded by the supplier withholding a percentage of money recovered\.
