## Description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Online Learning Tuition platform\. The Virtual School is looking to engage a supplier who can provide and EAL \(English as Additional Language\) ESOL \(English for Speakers of other languages\) & MFL \(Modern Foreign Languages\) Platform for our young Children Looked After \(CLA\) cohort\. Quantities required are 100 EAL logins per year and 50 ESOL logins per year\. This service will enable us to support our CLA cohort in the attainment of their education goals and strengthen communication skills and confidence\. The service provided will be agreed for a specified time and licences for access to the platform will be managed and monitored by a nominated officer in the Virtual School\. Access to licences will be driven by the completion and approval of SMART targets within the young person's termly Personal Education Plan \(PEP\) document
