Westminster Rough Sleeping Outreach Services

Westminster's Rough Sleeping team commissions services to help empower homeless and vulnerable individuals to rebuild their lives and find sustainable accommodation. To support the delivery of the Rough Sleeping Strategy 2017-2020 and the City Council's 'City for All' vision, we are looking to procure Rough Sleepers Outreach Services, to be delivered in line with the Rough Sleeping Team's Key Commissioning Principles. Further details of these strategies and principles can be found in the procurement documents. The procurement will be split into two lots, the Westminster Street Engagement Service and the Westminster Entrenched Rough Sleepers Service.
