## Description

Stockton on Tees Borough Council Crematorium is seeking quotations for the provision of; • Memorial Wall Plaques; • Scattering Garden Memorial Disc Plaques; and • Above-ground Niche Units and Plaques\. This is an electronic quote only via the NEPO E Tender portal \(https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Login\) and all submissions must be uploaded to the portal prior to the closing date and time \. items supplied must be designed and manufactured in accordance with the quotation documents and drawings attached to the project\. The contract is scheduled to commence on 01/06/2019 and will be for a period of 3 years ending 31/05/2022\.The contract will be subject to the option of two \(2\) twelve \(12\) month extensions\.
