## Description

This contract aims to increase the Educational Psychology provision within the Educational Psychology \(EP\) Service, to ensure the Council can fulfil it's statutory obligations\. It will enable the Council to provide a timely response to identify the special educational needs of children and young people and the evidence-based provision they require to meet their needs\.
