Demolition of Townhill Park (Phase 4 & 4B)

The core requirement is to demolish 5 No 5-storey blocks of properties spread over 2 No sites. The works include the erection of all site safety hoarding, asbestos removal, the demolition of the superstructures, the grubbing out of sub-structures and redundant below ground services, site preparation and all associated works; all was more fully described within the suite of supporting bidding documents.
