Procurement and Section 20 Support Services (Contract Variation - 12-Month Extension)

Contract variation of 12-months issued between Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) and Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP. The original contract was awarded, via a direct award under ProcurePublic's Contract Administrator and Project Management Framework, in July 2025 for 12 months, with a 36 month option to extend. Rooftop have issued a 12-month extension, under same framework, which has increased the original contract value.

The contract is now due to expire on 30 June 2027. Please note: the contract value includes the original value and the anticipated extension value, including VAT. Contract variation was issued on 14 April 2026.
