## Description

Contract variation of 12-months issued between Rooftop Housing Association Limited \(Rooftop\) and Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP\. The original contract was awarded, via a direct award under ProcurePublic's Contract Administrator and Project Management Framework, in July 2025 for 12 months, with a 36 month option to extend\. Rooftop have issued a 12-month extension, under same framework, which has increased the original contract value\. The contract is now due to expire on 30 June 2027\. Please note: the contract value includes the original value and the anticipated extension value, including VAT\. Contract variation was issued on 14 April 2026\.
