Medway Integrated Community Equipment Service - Supplier Engagement

Description

Medway Council and NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group are jointly re-procuring the Community Equipment Service in Medway and have been engaging with providers as part of the stakeholder consultation process. Commissioners have been consulting on the proposed service model to understand capacity of providers to deliver the service and obtain feedback on the scope of the service. An outline of the service has been provided in the attached Memorandum of Information (MOI). The contracting authorities held a market event on Tuesday 4th September 2018 and have made the presentation slides available. Interested parties should note that the procurement timelines have since been updated (document V2).Following on from that, Commissions would like some feedback on the draft service specification prior to issuing the tender suite. Providers who wish to provide feedback on the draft specification are requested to do so by 11am on Monday 8th October 2018 via the Kent Business Portal. Registration on the Kent Business Portal is required to access and submit documents. Registration is free. Additional information: Providers are invited to provide feedback on the draft MICES service specification and equipment list by 11am on Monday 8th October 2018.
