Refurbishment of Bedford and McCrea Buildings Nature: Works broadly comprise: • Bedford Building: o Strip out, alterations and re-fit of lower ground, ground and first floors, including M&E services; • McCrea Building: o Strip out, alterations and re-fit of lower ground, ground and first floors, including M&E services;

Location: Royal Holloway University London, Egham, Surrey. TW20 0EX Length of contract: • Bedford Building (Section 1) - May 2018 to February 2019 (TBC) • McCrea Building (Section 2) - April 2019 to August 2019 (TBC)
