The site is located in Central Cardiff flanked by St\. Mary's Street and The Hayes and connected by two arcades - The Royal & Morgan respectively\. The scheme is a Grade 2 Listed Building\. The Council is seeking quotes for the installation of a variety of working at height safety equipment to minimise the risk of falling from height\. The Council is seeking written quotes from contractors for this work\. Bidders will provide a written quotation providing equipment specification and installation details with costs on each area identified within the specification included as part of this advertisement\.
