Bizzdesign Horizzon and modelling support services

Description

The provision of Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio and Horizzon cloud software including associated licenses and consultancy services. The Service Provider shall provide a mechanism for the provision of Contributor Licences for Bizzdesign and Horizzon SaaS Products. The Service Provider shall provide Technical Support for the for Bizzdesign and Horizzon SaaS Products with regards to the operation of the software toolsets. The Service Provider shall provide assistance with the ongoing maintenance and support of Azure AD (Entra ID) integrated authentication for Bizzdesign and Horizzon SaaS Products. The Service Provider shall share ArchiMate Modelling Language knowledge, roadmaps and best practice. The Service Provider shall provide assistance and advisement regarding elements including: • Metamodel and associated Model Governance • Value extraction from Model to aid business decision making. For example, views, dashboards and visualisations.
