DBC (SF) Supply, Installation and maintenance of Stair Lifts and Ceiling Hoists

Supply, installation and maintenance service for stair lifts and ceiling track hoists for housing properties in the Borough of Dacorum in South West Hertfordshire

This contract will cover the most common low-complexity installations - Dacorum Borough Council anticipates that the vast majority of installations carried out will fall within the operation of this contract.

The commencement date of the contract is expected to be during September 2022. The term of the Contract will be an initial three-year period with the option to extend by one further year followed by the option to extend by an additional one year (maximum of 5 years total). Tenderers must have relevant previous experience of at least 2 similar size and value schemes and must satisfy all the minimum criteria as stated in the tender documents.
