Car Park Alteration & Improvement Works at Knowsley Court (High Rise Block) and Laird Street (Residential Flats)

The objective of the procurement is extending the site entrance and access road, the provision of creating additional car parking, and providing safe access and egress for emergency service vehicles at ML's high rise block Knowsley Court, and the development of existing landscape for the residential flats a Laird Street, Wirral, Merseyside, including resurfacing of bitumen macadam paths, laying concrete flags, drainage alterations, planting and replacement of fencing.
