Work description
The service to be tendered is an integrated advocacy hub, that consists of the following 5 advocacy services with a single point of access:
• Care Act Advocacy (CAA) • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) • Parents Advocacy • NHS Complaints Advocacy Service (NHSCAS)
