Award of a Call Off Contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for HES Group Diversity and Inclusion Service Provider

Award of a Call Off Contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System (PEDPS) for the provision of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion services across the Herefordshire Essex and Suffolk (HES) Prison Group.

The service will provide Peer Mentor Training in Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding, Cultural Awareness workshops, DIRF education and quality assurance activities, Protected Characteristic Engagement Forums and support to Diversity and Inclusion Action Team (DIAT) meetings across five prison establishments.

The contract will support approximately 300 learners annually through offender-centred interventions designed to improve equality awareness, rehabilitation outcomes, inclusion, community cohesion and successful reintegration into society. Delivery will be aligned with the Equality Act 2010, HMPPS equality objectives and the prison Advancing Equalities Framework.
