This is a Contract Award Notice (CAN) being published by the Contracting Authority, NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB), to communicate a below threshold contract is compliantly awarded to the provider Softcat Plc, via the Framework Agreement 'Shared Business Services - Digital workplace solutions'. This contract is for delivery of a Cloud based data capture and business intelligence tool between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2026 (value £204,284 inclusive of VAT) with an options to extend for up to 24 months until 31st March 2028 (total value £312,544.80 inclusive of VAT). The aggregate contract value is £204,284 including VAT.
