## Description

Intention to award a contract under Regulation 32 \(2\) \(b\) \(ii\) of the Public contract Regulations 2015\. This contract is not to procure a new system but to continue the existing integrated service for a period of 5 years 8 months for our integrated HR & Payroll service provision\. Due to the imbedded nature of the service provision together with additional service enhancements to support our future ways of working the University will be using a VEAT notice for this provision\.
