7785 Lime Cells, Hopetown Lane, Darlington Historic Building Survey and Statement of Significance

This project is intended to deliver an Historic Building Investigation and Statement of Significance in support of the Stockton & Darlington Railway Heritage Action Zone programme, namely of the former Lime Cells (Figure 1). The property lies within the Northgate, Darlington Conservation Area. The project is split into two components: Historic Building Survey and preparation of a Statement of Significance. Each component should be costed and timetabled separately. Organisations may tender for either or both components, as individuals or in partnership/as a syndicate with other organisations
