## Description

The MCA had a requirement for 1 year manufacturer hardware and technical support for the existing CISCO and NetApp hardware\. The support contract ensures that we have the ability get repairs, replacements and support for faulty equipment, without the need for a potentially lengthy procurement process to acquire our own replacements, thus maintaining HMCGs ability to deliver life-saving services\. This opportunity was open to all suppliers under Lot 3b of the Crown Commercial Service's Technology Services 3 framework \(RM6100\)\.
